by Rules:

3. You may promote other sites in a specified section of the forum, but you may not PM to pester people to join those sites.
Please note that in such cases, if you decide to join other sites promoted by other members, Bleach-Dynasty is NOT responsible for anything that happens. Regardless of whether you are scammed, or have any viruses attached to your computer, settle it on your own.
4. Other rules are same as other forums. Basic courtesy for each other is not only expected, it is compulsory.
Remember: Do not onto others what you do not want done onto yourself.
