Well, since we have this black background so I guess the theme should be dark, with something orange. Hmm... since we have Kon icons then I guess we should have him in the banner. Also, I don't think we should left out Ichigo since he is the main character in Bleach. About the size, I am thinking 900x250 with 150 resolution.
