    I voted for Banner 3, I thought it was cute and I like Chibi Urahara.
    I think it really celebrates St. Patricks day and I think it's very cute.

    Why do you say...

    Because its not too extreme, and it still reminds me of St Pattys Day with a modern twist.

    I like it, and its uber cute, and colorful.

    Still has the greens and the clovers, but its totally hip!!!
