VIP lounge - an area where VIP's can chat with fellow VIP members with double BD cash earning than on normal threads
Common room - Non VIPs can always stop by for a visit, to see a world of glamour!

Nice suggestions:
Maybe something to coincide with being admin for a day, or being captain of a division for a day/week/etc. Everyone has to follow what you say; mainly your all slaves and you would march to the beat of my war drums. The idea of a lounge strictly for VIP is nice as well, my goon's ideas are pretty straightforward so I happen to like them to.
Maybe addition of more karma, just throwing off some lame ideas >.>

VIPS can be special leaders of forum-wide missions, personalized items like those userbars [I noticed those strange badges], VIPs can eliminate the spam section or sections if they want and customize them to their own insane set of specifications xD.
VIPs can even recruit members from other divisions and keep them in their own for an indeterminate amount of time lol, lets all see if we can't get a division with the max # of people :P
