Welcome to the 8th Division's: Task Completion Academy!
When you first applied to this division there were a set of guidelines that you need to have completed, in order to be considered for seating. If you do not complete these tasks you will not be eligible for a seat. They are trivial and relatively easy tasks [but for people who do or do not like to RP] they might be pretty demanding as not everyone has experience in RP, or knows how to. Either myself or my vice-captain will assist you throughout your 3 trials here and here alone! They are as follows:
#1: Defeat a hollow [using RP]
Note: This requires anyone on this forum that knows how to RP well to RP as the hollow [also including me or Ruru]. You don't need to make it extremely lengthy or extremely detailed, but it does however need to be descriptive and show that you are actually trying to do well.
#2: Play a prank on anyone in any of other divisions
Note: This is to get you social and out and about! I don't want to see people in this division strictly and solely posting in the HQ or spamming with spam conversations, or otherwise in any other section of the forum. I am running a division here and I want to see my members caring about other things besides talking or spamming! [IMPORTANT]. So just feel free to visit a division and play a joke on someone haha!
#3: Spar one person this forum [either myself or my fukutaichou will have to give you a passing grade or else you will not have all 3 tasks completed].
Note: This also means you have to seriously try and RP well. Give it your best shot and it has to be against someone who is familiar with sparring as well. This should only be done against someone seated at least, when you are done the final grade for your spar and how well you have RP'd will be posted at the very conclusion of your spar.
ooc: All 3 grades for all 3 tasks are to be reported in this thread and nowhere else in the division! So when you have completed those 3 tasks and posted them all in this section, and either myself or Ruru have graded you - only then will you be 100% passed in this academy.
