The former 89th District of Rukongai. Following the removal of the witches to make room for the expanding Gotei, the 1st division, the few survivors left after the great extermination settled here.
But it would last only a fleeting moment, as the final stroke of the campaign to remove a potential threat hit, the remaining witches and all those who sheltered them were cut down.. only 3 survivors lived from that day:

The terrain holds no advantage to elemental attacks, and offers no cover behind which to hide.

- (This is an rp thread and a massive battle will take place here. i will be facing multiple opponents, so there are some things you need to remember and follow.
1.) Be Patient. Once you post, wait for everyone else to post before posting again. I will have to read and react to many posts, so don't flood it.
2.) Follow the turn order. I am leaving this up for 24 hours before it's closed to new opponents, and once it does, a turn order will be created based on the order you arrive.
3.) React accordingly. The weather is shifting, it's raining, the ground is shaking, so be prepared for anything.
4.) one move per turn. we don't usually follow this well, but in reality we should. If you slash with your blade, don't leap back and use a kidou spell. attack with one move, and allow me to respond. This will help us keep order instead of chaos. You will see I do more than one thing in a post, but this is ONLY because I have to react to multiple posts and attacks.
5.) have fun; seriously. I don't mean to come across as mean or anything, but if it falls into chaos you will see what I'm warning against. So to prevent it, I will delete any posts which violate these small rules; not out of anger or spite, but for everyone's benefit.
Lastly, your first post here will only be an arrival until we begin. That way everyone will have a chance to get here for the start.
