    New Quincy Rules

    Ok, with the forum revamp going on, the Quincy has been remade, but with new rules.
    1. You can't be in a division and be a quincy. No Quincigami. That failed the last time.
    2. If you're able to dual play, meaning play as your original person and play as another character, then discuss with me if you can play a quincy and a shinigami.
    3. The Quincy Village is currently a work in progress ~ not really a rule but still.
