Hmm, we need to put more thought into this.

So 3 divisions are non NPC, and the rest can be onpen just for plots?

(i dont really wanna see just the 3 of them on the forum, i dunno why, its kinda sad, and kinda drives people away, inactivity aside.

I was thinking something like the old world format, one forum per division, + archives)

Oi, how about adding bigger power in gotei 13? O.O u said yourself they barely have numbers. So.... If we add bigger strainght, some might join em cause of it?

oki. *pokes Rurus nose* or u can do as i did. open just 1st 2 divisions, and the always open new one after this two are filled up with at least 10 members. i do that on my forum :3 thought no one joisn so ill have only 2 divvis forever XD
