Were looking for captains, so for those of you who are interested in leading a certain division, please post here.

You dont need to be an old member, you just need to have a good understanding of how it goes, so i'll be training who ever's interested, well, not train RP wise, just on how things are done, what you can and cant do, limit's and stuff. (Its actually all explained in one post, but since no one read it, screw it.)

Divisions with missing captains are as follows. (Im giving away both 5th and 11th Division so go get them sharks.)

5th Division
6th Division
9th Division
~~11th Division~~
12th Division
13th Division

this has no expiration date, so post now, before i change my mind.

Honestly, In my opinion with the whole captain thing, those who want to be captains should be tested by other captains to see if they'll be worthy of running it. It gives a less chance of inactivity in the division.

i tend to agree, all new Captains should be tested. Ill be a Captain that is willing to battle anotehr captain to test their abilities.

Hmm, i think its more of a Division Management test, i mean, we can all agree that most of those who apply for Captain here submmits quite the quality of RP-samples, i mean yeah, that's why they pass it, but that's not everything to it, theres this whole BD division system alienated from the rest.

I already PM'd Lavi.

Hiro was 13th Captain 4-5 months ago.

He missed all of the activity checks and his last visit was something of the same date.

If that's not reason enough to be removed, i dont know what is.
