I got this idea while watching the anime. I was thinking, to give each division, a better understanding of each other, maybe, we can have 2 divisions, some will be 3 due to the divisions being an odd # instead of an even #.
Anyway, I was thinking that a team of 4, 2 from each of the divisions that are teamed together, and go on tag missions. This way, it'll create a better sense of teaming up when something happens in battle. For instance, supposed myself and aki, who teamed up once before, and were once in the same divvy, never teamed together and never worked together, but had to due to a hollow attack. It would be hard to work together because both people don't know each others tactics or how they react to things during battle. I want ideas on this if it's a good idea.
