Victor was happy for a moment when he saw the beam hit but sadly it seemed the guy used a kido or something to avoid it as the name of the ability escaped Victor's tongue at the moment. He just snapped his finger as he thought *Drat....vell almozt got him....* He was just happy though that the target was focusing on the Captain at the moment, he moved around so that he could get to the right of the foe when he was busy trying to hit Roan.

When the man was in a position where dodging out of the way would be difficult due to being in middle of a strike Victor leaped out of the wall at him. His battle gauntlet's claws were poised for shredding flesh and bone as Victor tried to latch onto the opponent's right side so he could rip and claw. When in his Shika Victor tends to fight more like a animal/demon in close quarters, this pretty much amounted to a large flurry of claws strikes when ever he gets near.

Ooc; The best example of Victor's close range fighting style in Shika would be......well if you played KH 2 Sora's Anti or Heartless form would be a good example. LOTS of clawing and swiping rapidly.

*Nachos still had a hold on Roan's arm when the new guy's clawed hand came swiping at him. He quickly reaches out with his right hand and grabs the guy's wrist, being pushed back some by the force*

*Having made physical contact with both of them, the kidou hits them both, jerking their arms behind their back. Nachos then shunpos off down the hall, leavin a blood trail from the gash on his chest that came from the guy's claws*

I don't want it to sound like I'm GMing, but "Sai" is an unblockable kidou that requires physical contact to work. It can't be blocked, but you can easily break free of it.

Victor was surprised the target was able to see him coming with the fact the darkness should of made him invisible but then again.....his spiritual pressure must of tipped the guy off. He didn't expect to get hit by this weak of a Kido though it was good enough to make Victor's arms get pinned behind his back, he then saw the target run off like the coward he is.

It only took a few moments to break the Kido due to how it was such a low level incantationless Kido, when he looked around he soon saw the blood on the ground but was more focused on the blood his claws had on them. He brought it to his face and licked the blood off grinning demonicly as he said "Fool....ztill thinkz I'm a Captain....him overeztimating me might help uz with thiz Captain Roan. I'll go up ahead and zee if I can't zlow him dovn, Ja." With that Victor phased back into the ground and went off in the direction the blood trail was leading.

He doubt it would be easy to catch up with this person even with him shunpo'ing after the person, though his speed boost from his Shika would be very helpful with catching him. Thankfully the weakness of his Shika wasn't learned yet.....and Victor liked to keep it that way.

*Nachos feeling a little lightheaded stops and leans against the wall and examines his chest wound*

God, I can't believe I almost let a 3rd seat seriously wound me. But it has been awhile, I haven't fought in years.

*He sees his wound still bleeding, soaking his clothes and dripping on the floor*

I gotta stop the bleeding...

*He takes his haori and rips it up to create a bunch of makeshift bandages, that he then wraps around his chest*

Well that's the best I can do now..

*He puts his top back on and continues to run down the hall*

Victor was only able to catch up with the intruder due to the man stopping to work on his wounds and fix them up, even if it would only take a few seconds that was all that a fighters of their level would need to catch up. That and Victor was a fast little bugger to begin with, he could see the man running with his back to them and grinned as he jumped out of the ground. His body though hidden by his shikai's passive ability to make him invisible in darkness, he then aimed his right palm at his foe and whispered under his breath 'Zilent.....Death' before the small black beam fired out again.

To be honest victor was really happy they were fighting in such a dark cramp place as this pretty much made attacking like shooting fish in a barrel for him, the beam was aimed to hit the intruder right in the middle of his back in an attempt to sever the spine right there. He went back into the wall and would continue his hit and run attacks for as long as he is allowed to, though like last time he was moving in closer for melee combat while his energy levels build back up to use the beam attack again.

OOC: Sorry if Victor's fighting style is a bit cheap.....but that is how he fights. Hit and run is what he does best right now...*feels bad kinda*
