I see...

Well, not to be hogging everything and all.....but will Gotei 13 accept hollowified shinigami as their allies? If their allies hollowified themselves, will they be cast out and stripped of their ranks?

We dont know that yet, cause were trying to re-create bleach as a whole, including the exclusivity and privacy of gotei 13 within themselves, were trying to widen there horizons, so until the hidden CC says something, we wont know yet till we reach a point when someone actually does that.

Okay, here's the last question....hopefully. lol

Will they be granted with an option to be able to revert back to being just, normal, your every day shinigami, or will the choice to hollowify be a one choice you will have to make in your rp life?

THE CURE... it reminds me of X-men, anyway, We can always make something up, cause the world is empty, it has many possible directions.

As for the cure... let's just say BD had an arc where vizards lost there hollow selves forever, maybe we can re-do that, if it's not too confusing.

I see....

But rather than saying it's some sort of vaccine or a cure....I'd say that it's a way to revert back....Though the effects of hollowification can be deadly, all it does is to remove the boundaries between a hollow and shinigami. So, just restoring that removed boundary shouldn't be an action of curing a disease....
