If you want to be a captain, you must first qualify for the CAT. (Captain Acceptance Test)
How do you qualify for this test? fine i'll make a list
*You must have no active warnings
*You must have a recommendation from 2 captains
*You must have an approved application
*You must be an active member in division
*You must have 100 non-spam posts
Now why are we making this hard for you, when in other bleach sites getting a captain spot is just as easy as filling up an application.
It's quite simple really, we HIGHLY regard the captain spots because we only had divisions till earlier 2010.
We didn't have other races before, and the captains play great role during those times.
And that tradition is embedded on us, so we will follow it, cause captains are great, if you're great, be a captain, acquire the requirements then lets talk.

I think many of you knows of this already, but the maximum division capacity is 5 per division including the captains. Were not limiting your choices, it's just a way to survive, if ever we do get more numbers on the site, then we would increase the capacity, but for now, it stays at 5.
