Ok, so I'm here. big whoop, let's get that out of the way.

I've said what I had to say about things, and that's that. Get over it or get on with it, either way drop it.

Anyway that's not what this thread is for. This is for information, and that information being this:

1.) I have been watching, and noticed that activity has dropped

2.) I have also noticed that we have 800 different starts to the rp arc, and in the end, no actual start.

3.) people are getting upset, leaving yada yada.



Now comes the solutions:

1.) Activity checks will continue. But if you miss 3 (that would be three months) You're dropped. End of story, and you start over. Look this isn't pressure, it just is what it is. you get these PM's, so geez, it takes like two seconds to say "I'm Here". I mean after 3 times, you don't need to be here if you don't answer. Activity will also be watched in the rp section.

2.)The 800 starts are over. Sorry guys but closed rp's, different storylines, they are ok, and they will have their place, but the rp will be started first. that's that.

I am going to revamp the rp section and streamline things. I've already been given approval to do so, and it's happeneing. This is going to be a free world bleach where anything can happen, you can go anywhere, do anything, but the main story is going to be set down, and I am not asking for a debate on that.

This may sound unclear, and if it does i am sorry. Ruru will be able to fill you in on things as we go, so you will not be lost, it will be user friendly. But we restarted along time ago now, and honestly, nothing's happened. Think of this like a final fantasy game:

In the being you have one choice only; you have to follow the game in order to get into it, and you are locked into a small world. But once you get through that first part, the map is wide open and you can do what you want. That is what we are going to do.

SO DON'T FREAK IF YOU SEE THINGS MOVING AROUND OR CHANGING!!!

I'm am going to revamp this with the admins, so if you have questions ask RURU or MIKE; stay out of my way while I work.

3.) I can't say much because i let people around here get to me enough to make me leave; but that's over. Disrespect me, I'll ban you for a week no warning. Disrespect RURu or Mike; I'll ban you a week no warning. I've tried being nice guy it got me run over, so now I'll be bad guy for awhile. Hate me? Fine I don't care. But everyone, not just some, will act like responsible people. We all came here to have a good time, so let's actually try and do that, instead of power playing and whining.

Other side; if you want to leave ok, go ahead. If you want to get upset, ok go ahead. There are plenty of people you can complain to if you have a problem with someone else, even staff. So use it in the proper way; in PM to myself, Ruru, Mike, Sanba. But keep real life and complaints off the rp section; it's a game, so treat it as such.

We Will get this RP going and ordered, or we will close the site. This is the last chance.

Now as for RP ideas; we all have them and that's great. But you won't start them unless an admin says ok. probably 2.

What I mean is this; I love how we get creative people with ideas, but when too many get going, the rp is a mess and we don't know what is going on. So, i am going to make a place where ideas can be posted, and if they are approved they can be added to the main story. your individual choices, areas, etc, are exempt, but if you intend it to affect everyone, it has to be approved first. If it's just you and a couple of people somewhere, that's fine.


OK, and one last thing: All character sheets are null and void for now. Now don't panic, we are not saying you have to start over or anything, but we are going to reevaluate each one again. If we feel it is unbalanced or needs to be changed, you will be notified. Otherwise keep on keeping on.

you will notice a lot of changes in the next few weeks, but don't worry; it's just us getting this site back under control.

Doing great as always Haji! I hated the 999999999 different "starts" on here, I try 1 no replies, I try another 1 no replies, so 1 absolute start is a great idea! Just point me in the direction you want me going and I'll start there. I'm tired of being inactive cuz I have nowhere to fit in...

A restart will be good, but whenever a restart starts up, more than one topic will be made, i've seen it happen, i just hope with this restart it won't happen again as intended. Maybe make some places for different squads or people to meet up or just do whats best, i have a messed up shoulder, don't know whats wrong with it so i can't think straight due to pain lol.

Were not doing a restart, weve started one to many times, i think what haji is saying is that we need to have a definite start, whcih is the current arc were having, the phantom arc.

There will be slight changes in the plot, but nothing big enough to be worried about, its the same, just more definite.

Good good but another thing would be good is to have topics to allow group members to run into one another and actually form slight RP bonds. >_> I am kinda ashamed that the person my char is closest too is a Quincy XD *loves quincies more than my own kind I guess* Just be good for each group's member base to meet, it hard to work together if everyone is strangers RP wise no? *yes I know a lot of you OOC but I highly anti-meta o0*

I haven't even met any other captains in this RP time line o.o......well besides Squad 2's captain since well worked for him for a bit =w=...

Oh and yes such topics would be crazy if we don't put some structure so turn rule might be needed in them, since there would be so gosh darn many people in them. Just my suggestion is all *shuts up*

@Victor - Ohmy, sorry, i forgot to make that place, supposedly, theres a place for that on Gotei1 13 HQ, where people can meet and greet each other, that way they already know each other in game. It doesnt happen in any specific time line, mostly just free-fun-non fighting/killing topic thread XD
