1st Division Absense Logbook

Hello! From time to time we all need to go for a few days or so to do stuff in real life, but there needs to be a way so that we KNOW you've gone, so that there's no excuse for suddenly disappearing on us. ^_^

Anyway, to write your absense in the Logbook, just fill out and post the form below

Name: (Because you might be filling this out for someone else, not yourself)
Dates: (In the following format: EG. 12th-18th December)
Reason: (So that we know why you're gone)
