Hey. I suppose somebody had better start the proceedings, so here we go...

Current Rank: 10th seat...?
New Rank: (At least) 5th seat.
Why That Rank: I guess she is the most deserving of our members for a promotion; the newest division member, and she has almost caught up with Hiro's post count already. I get the impression she'd feel better and be more active if she had a higher seat anyway.

Is that good enough?

Why That Rank: Well I'm not gonna give him a new rank just yet, I haven't seen him post. He's posted in other areas and I think that's good cause the 5th Division isn't active in the day.
