There are two ways to become a captain here on bleach dynasty, the first being to join a division, get to a high seat, then if the current captain resign's or has to leave, he or she will pick the next captain. If you have worked hard enough and shown your dedication, then hopefully the captain will pick you. Of course, its easier to become a vice captain first (As normally, it is the current captains wish that the vice captain takes over). To become aa vice captain, the current vice captain has to leave their seat (to join another division, or they have been premoted to captain to lead another division, or simply leave the forum altogether). then the captain will thoose his or her vice captain. Work hard, and this could be you.

The second way is to be a good forum member, post lots, show your dedication, be active within your division and just generaly help. Captains are nominated within CC46 (which is invisible to regular members. Captains, Vice captains, Supermods and Admins can see this sub-forum). If your captain thinks you have what it takes to become a captain yourself, you may be nominated for. then of course, it is up to the supermods and admins to decide if you deserve it or not!
